好板子

自從自己從自己研磨了主軸，調整了主軸跟夾具的同心度，今天又買了30度的三菱刀來試驗雕版子的品質。自我評價看來，這一片板子是我目前製作最美的板子。

三菱刀，我從網路上購買一支78元，另外還買了兩個3.175刀具的夾具，以便後續製作另外兩個主軸。而這兩個夾具的製作將會比原本的更加費工，因為要研磨更多。不過我看了那兩個夾具，說真的，工並不是作的多好，所以應該不會真正來使用修改。不過這隻三菱刀卻是很值得，雖然應該後續加工的產品（原本應該是0.4的刀，斷掉後，工人再將這個刀重新磨成三菱刀），不過做工細緻，堅固耐用，雕電路板非常非常的適合。下圖則是我自行修改後的主軸，加上三菱刀，加上0.8的刀具鑽孔以及雕外型做出來的。雖然部分電路有走位，不過還在容許範圍內，已經是目前我做的最漂亮的板子了。好讚唷，原本打算花大錢買整組新的主軸，現在看起來不用了唷。

BTW，我最近開始對製作主軸有了一些心得，有點想買一台二手的車床來玩，來製作更精細的主軸。DIY真是一條恐怖的不歸路呀。
